We are in the process of finalizing the Rosemont Parking program for the 2020 calendar year. Once the program is ready, we will contact all Rosemont residents with detailed information regarding the 2020 program and the steps to acquiring parking passes. We expect the implementation process to begin in early February, so until then, we will continue to honor the 2019 Permit Decals and Guest Parking Placards. GUEST PARKING INFO

A parking permit is required for all visitors to park on street (including all contractors and service personnel).

  • Requirements
  • Daily Guest Permit: 2 permits maximum per household for up to five days. No cost during the first year pilot program (through 2019).
  • As of JULY 15, 2019 the guest parking requirements for the Rosemont neighborhood will require all vehicles parked on the street between the hours of 6pm and 6am, Monday-Friday, to have a guest parking placard displayed on their rearview mirrors. All homes registered for two (2) residential permits will have two (2) guest placards assigned to them. The Rosemont neighborhood HOA will have additional placards that may be obtained from them for special events.For more information, please contact (760)257-6387
