How much are parking permits?

Cucamonga Canyon - Subject to Closure
The Canyon is subject to closure. All vistors should visit the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Department to verify any closures prior to reserving a parking permit

When is parking enforced?

  • Enforcement hours are 7 days a week - 24 hours a day

Can I park overnight?

Yes, you can. A parking permit for both days is required. Park at your own risk, as the lot is not secured.

I paid for a permit online, how long will it take to receive in the mail?

It generally take approx. 10-15 business days to arrive in the mail. Once your vehicle is registered, you may begin parking in the lot using the email confirmation. That is valid for 45 days, if you do not receive your permit contact customerservice@permitsales.com or call 909-303-6030

I don’t have computer access. How can I purchase my permit?

There are several ways to purchase a permit for parking at locations that require a parking permit:

  • Pay station machine (Metrolink station only)
  • Visit a local City library for free access to a computer
  • City Hall
    • Monday – Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm

How can I tell if I am a City of Rancho Cucamonga resident?

The ParkRancho.com website is programmed to determine City of Rancho Cucamonga residents.

Do you have automatic withdrawal?

Parking permit fees will be charged to your credit card through an automatic debit on a monthly basis. Automatic debit should occur on or around the 18th of each month and is payment for the coming month. If for any reason your payment cannot be debited, you will be sent an email to the email address you provided in your parking registration, indicating next steps to correcting the issue. You will have until the 1st of the coming month to correct payment arrangements. If no payment is confirmed by that time, your permit will be cancelled and your permit number will be made invalid. In order to reinstate your permit you will need to provide correct payment information and are responsible for any and all unpaid fees from the time your permit is made invalid to the time the issue is corrected.

How do I cancel my monthly permit/reoccurring payment?

If you wish to cancel your permit, it must be done before the 15th of the month. All requests after the 15th, will not be refunded.
To cancel your permit:
Send an email to customerservice@permit-sales.com. State your full name, provide your full permit number and your parking location. State that you would like to cancel your permit for the month desired.

I do not want to pay by credit card auto debit, what other options are available?

All of the payment options for obtaining a parking permit online or at the Pay station machine can only be paid for by a credit or debit card. However, if paying by CASH permits can be obtained by coming into City Hall, M - Th between the hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm..

I just received a parking ticket. Where can I pay it?

Parking tickets can be paid through the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department, 10510 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga.
